Welcome to the Town of Butler, New York located in Wayne County. We are located West of Syracuse. We have a population of approximately 2,100 people. Founded in 1826. Our friendly and welcoming community is a great place to live and raise a family. This website is meant to serve as a resource for the residents and visitors to our town. The eastern town line is the border of Cayuga County.
